Q1. How do I keep my Funky Frog item in good shape? Wash The best result will be obtained when you hand wash your clothing. However all our clothing should be washed at 40 degrees Celsius maximum. In order to maintain the colours better, we advise you to wash the clothes in-side-out. Wash your item seperately or together with similarly coloured clothes only. Drying We advise you not to dry the clothes in the tumble-dryer. Ironing Iron all clothes in-side-out. Do not iron your personal text and the Funky Frog print inside the clothing. Also do not iron the polka dots ribbon. Q2. Can I return or exchange my Funky Frog order? We will do everything we can to deliver you a perfect product. However, every order is created individually to your specifications. Because of this we can't accept cancellations, and will accept returns only if there is a fault in your garment or an error has been made by us during production. We cannot accept returns when the clothes have been worn or washed or when you have tried to fix a fault yourself or when you have not correctly followed user instructions. If you contact us ASAP after placing your order, we may be able to make alterations to your design, but this will depend on the stage your order has reached in our production cycle at the time we receive your notification.
